Jodi has been a fantastic realtor for our family. She has been the real estate agent for my family several times over the last five years. Each time, she has gotten the job done. We first worked with Jodi during the summer of 2020 (height of the pandemic lockdown) when we moved to Central Texas from the East Coast. We were incredibly pleased then, since she made it a much easier process despite the difficulties of the pandemic. We continued to be very happy throughout other transactions (such as selling my late father's house). When we were selling, she worked very hard to put the houses in the best light, and we came out of each sale very satisfied. When we were buying, she took to heart our preferences when looking for houses, and kept us informed throughout. Most importantly, I think, she is a very kind and pleasant person to work with. She does a great job guiding a layman like me through the process and answers any questions quickly, patiently, and clearly. I highly recommend!

Jodi did an amazing job selling our house. She knew exactly what we did and didn’t need to do to get it ready for sale. She has great connections for repair people, and she has her own furniture and decor items to stage the house. Her suggestions about staging saved us thousands of dollars. Her knowledge of the regional market is exceptional. She knew exactly where to price our house for the most impact—the VERY FIRST people to tour our house bought it at full price! She is patient and helpful, and she was great helping us navigate the inspection reports and negotiating repairs. She even provided input on negotiating our new home purchase several hours away (where we were working with another realtor). I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her wholeheartedly!

Jodi is the best!
She is an amazing realtor and even better person! Even now, almost three years after she helped me find the perfect home in Canyon Lake, I still marvel at my luck in finding such a skilled, knowledgeable, hardworking, compassionate, understanding, and patient realtor, especially since I was completely new to the Hill Country market and went solely on reviews like this to choose her from a sea of realtors. After recently watching a podcast where they were discussing the importance of hiring an experienced, informed, competent and diligent realtor and in turn, the challenges and down right nightmares of making an ill-informed choice, I realized I had been negligent in writing my own review. We cannot recommend Jodi enough. I met Jodi years ago when she was the listing agent for a building where I worked. She was always personable and it was evident she cared about her clients. Years later when my husband and I began our search for our first home it was a no-brainer to call Jodi and ask if she would assist us. Jodi's knowledge of the market and the area was instrumental for us, particularly in navigating a challenging market as first-time buyers. When we ran into difficulties with our loan, Jodi's composure and communication with the seller's agent helped us push through and keep from going insane before closing. She consistently went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. She made a very stressful and difficult process run smoothly and feel less overwhelming. Jodi was great at helping us figure out exactly what we wanted and even more
important, not want. Coming into an area that we were unfamiliar with made it difficult not knowing what we were really looking for. We looked not only in San Marcos but East and West of I35 as well as North and South of San Marcos. Ultimately, Jodi helped with connecting us with a builder who had one house on the market and another in the final stages of build. That connection led to a new house from this builder.
