For the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes throughout San Marcos and the surrounding Central Texas communities. Real estate is deeply personal work, and I never forget that behind every transaction is someone’s next chapter.

I was born in Central Texas and moved to San Marcos in 1988 to attend college. I ended up building my life here—raising two children, running small businesses, and becoming part of a community that I truly love. That long connection to the area gives me a deep understanding of the neighborhoods, the people, and how this market moves.

My approach to real estate is very hands-on. I help clients think through pricing, preparation, staging, and the small details that can make a big difference in how a home shows and how it performs on the market. When working with buyers, I’m just as focused on helping them see the “bones” of a house and make decisions they’ll feel good about long after closing.

Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and one of the things my clients often say is that I help bring a sense of calm to the process. My goal is always to guide, explain, and advocate so that my clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Many of the people I’ve worked with over the years have become repeat clients and friends, and there is no greater compliment than being trusted to help multiple generations of the same family.

If you’re considering buying or selling in San Marcos or anywhere in Central Texas, I’d be honored to help you navigate the process.
